Tears

Do you ever find yourself with tears in your eyes, and you wonder why they're there? That's what I'm experiencing right now. 

I don't know, I might be crying. But it's very late at night - I might just be tired. I'm so nervous too, because I'm going to be working my first ever night shifts starting tomorrow night (tonight?). Or is it the music I've just listened to? The new Everything Everything album has certainly moved me.

Perhaps my tears are the result of a combination of these things. But oh, I am so blessed to be here. Gratitude pours out as I recall thing after thing. I put my thanks into words when I write stories. Why am I crying? Gratitude.
